Town Hall Chats Scheduled

In an effort to keep communication open between the members of our Order and Grand Chapter, Sister Louise Westergaard, our Worthy Grand Matron, is holding “Town Hall Chats” in four areas of the state.

These chats are designed to be an exchange of information both to and from the Worthy Grand Matron and all other elected Grand Officers of Illinois.

If you have a question or concern regarding anything relative to our Order, these “Chats” are your opportunity to have them addressed.

These “Town Hall Chats” are open to all members, and we especially encourage the Officers of your Chapter to attend.

All "chats: wll be held from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Some 2013 Forms Now Online:

As requested by so many of you, we're working diligently to get all of our forms online. Please let us know if we've forgotten something or you have any difficulties opening a particular form.

The 2013 ESTARL Scholarship, Education Assistance, Chapter Achievement Award and Worthy Grand Matron Achievement Award forms are now online to be filled out or downloaded. Please select the FORMS button at the left to access those forms.

Additionally, the Petition for Membership, updated to the 2011 Edition, can now be downloaded and printed from this site. See the PETITION button, toward the bottom of the menu column, on the left, to access this new Petition form.

Calendar Updates . . .

We've gotten most of the receptions listed on the calendar but are still awaiting times for some of them. If you are responsible for getting the word out for your Chapter or a special event, please contact Grand Secretary Damon Stotts with your event information or updates so we can get these posted as soon as possible. Remember, the sooner we have your information and can post it to our calendar the more successful your event will be. You can also post directly to our FaceBook page as well . . .

Pictures Posted!

Many of the Chapters have posted pictures of their installations and Holiday Parties on our FaceBook pages. If you have pictures and would like to share them, please feel free to do so by creating a FaceBook album of your Chapter or regional event.

Just open your browser to www.FaceBook.com/ILLOES and follow the process for uploading a picture. Remember to select new ALBUM [the button will be at the upper right hand corner of the picture upload frame] to group your pictures of your event. Please be certain to let us know who's in them so we can all make new friends.
